Andrea Cleall has been painting most of her life, but it has been in the past ten years that she has begun to gain accolades for her lush, colorful landscapes, florals and life scenes. She works in several mediums, including oil, watercolor and pastel. Her inspiration comes from a variety of sources, including nature, family and the work of other artists. She paints subjects as they inspire her, but also enjoys doing commissions. Under her nom de plume, “Mama Annie,” she has produced cookbooks and colorbooks for the market of her part-time home, Hawaii. Andrea Cleall resides in a redwood grove off the Russian River in Sonoma County, California.
